About Things Have Gotten Worse Since We Last Spoke and Other Misfortunes
Eric LaRocca’s collection brings together three dark and disturbing stories, led by the viral novella about two lonely young women whose early-2000s internet connection becomes obsessive, manipulative, and grotesque. The book also turns to grief, isolation, and the monstrous shapes intimacy can take when loneliness and desire feed each other.
