About Tales from the Cafe
Four new customers come to Tokyo’s Cafe Funiculi Funicula, hoping its unusual time-travel offer will help them face unfinished business. A man longs to see his late best friend, a son missed his mother’s funeral, another man seeks a woman he could not marry, and an elderly detective has a gift for his late wife. Each must follow the café’s strict rules and return before the coffee gets cold.
